About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our health brand focused on joint supplements for women aged 50+. This role is centered around building relationships with our customers through phone conversations. You will listen to their experiences, understand their needs, and document their feedback.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers three times during their journey: upon order, upon delivery, and one week later.
- Listen attentively to customer experiences, including pain, treatments, and daily life.
- Log detailed information from each conversation.
- This role does not involve sales.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for 3-6 hours per day.
- Ideal background: Experience in pharma, psychology, or journalism (but not required).
- Remote work.
Compensation
- ₹15,000 per month
- Up to ₹5,000 in performance incentives
