About Pilaggi
Pilaggi is a premium brand built for the modern Pilates community.
Our first product reimagines an essential reformer item. It is a carry strap-and-mat system designed for grip, hygiene, and refined aesthetics.
We are building Pilaggi from the ground up with a focus on design, quality, and community. As an early-stage brand, we move quickly and are looking for people who want to grow with the company and help shape what it becomes.
You will work closely with the founder to help grow Pilaggi’s creator network and brand presence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Research and identify creators and influencers in the Pilates, wellness, and fashion space
- Build and maintain a database of potential creator partnerships
- Conduct outreach for gifted and paid collaborations and manage communication with creators
- Support the execution of creator partnerships and collaborations
- Assist with coordinating content shoots with photographers, creators, and models
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and interacting with relevant creators
- Help identify opportunities for UGC (user-generated content)
What We're Looking For
- Native American speaker - Must
- Strong understanding of premium fashion, wellness, and creator culture
- Good aesthetic judgment and feel for brand positioning
- Comfortable reaching out, following up, and building relationships with creators
- Proactive and organized, with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excited to grow with an early-stage brand
Compensation
- Rate: ~$17
