About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Asset Management domain expertise to lead initiatives across investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver asset management initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions
- Plan and execute projects related to sales, marketing, distribution, and investment operations
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global delivery teams
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and quality standards
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Required Domain Expertise
- Asset Management business processes (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office)
- Investment products: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs
- Portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
- NAV calculation, fund accounting, and performance attribution
- Regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, ESG reporting)
- Experience with asset management platforms, OMS, and market data systems
