Engineering Manager, Data Platform
Location: NYC (Hybrid)
Role Overview
Lead and grow our data engineering team while staying close to the code. You’ll own the roadmap for the pipelines, data services, orchestration, and platform infrastructure that power our analytics, and contribute to production systems alongside your team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software or data engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing engineers.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Dagster).
- Experience with columnar formats (e.g., Parquet, Arrow).
- Financial markets or exchange experience is a strong plus.
Compensation
- Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 (depending on experience).
- Includes eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
Software Engineer, Quality (SDET)
Location: Flexible / U.S. Remote
Role Overview
Build the quality engineering function from the ground up. You’ll design and own automated test frameworks, CI/CD integrations, staging environments, and validation tooling that help engineers ship with confidence.
Requirements
- Proficiency in a systems-level language (Rust, C++, Go, or Java).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in low-latency or performance-sensitive environments is a strong plus.
Compensation
- Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience).
- Includes eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
