About the Role
MassChallenge is the non-profit, no-equity version of YC for mission-driven companies. This is a hands-on Product/Tech leadership role where you will own software engineering, data, AI, and IT. You will inherit a great team, room for headcount growth, and a solid near-term roadmap, with the flexibility to shape it once you are in the role.
