About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Growth to join our team. We are building a premium, subscription-based AI product in the self-reflection / astrology intelligence space. The product is already built and has active users. This is not a prediction app and is not built for hype.

This role involves full responsibility for revenue growth, community, positioning, and building a small execution team.

Responsibilities

Owning ARR growth with a clear target of reaching $1M ARR
Designing and executing the full growth system from acquisition to retention
Building and maintaining a real user community where trust matters
Handling social channels with a calm, intelligent, non-manipulative voice
Running experiments, tracking metrics, and killing what doesn’t work
Hiring and leading a small, sharp micro team
Working directly with the founder and influencing product decisions

Requirements

You’ve scaled a consumer SaaS or subscription product before
You understand psychology, trust, and long-term brand building
You’re comfortable with accountability and ownership
You prefer building systems over chasing vanity metrics
You are based in the US or can operate fully in US time zones
