What You Bring
- A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
- Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them.
- A High School diploma/GED.
- Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts.
- Physical readiness for activity: moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.
Schedule
- Full-time: Between the hours of 7 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40 hrs/week.
- Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out-of-area work.
Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted).
- Working overhead and in confined spaces.
- Utilizing SERVPRO solvents and hand tools.
- Must be able to be on feet all day.

Compensation
- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
