As a Performance Application Engineer, you will own the process performance and optimization of our automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and human-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to ensure systems meet rigorous cycle time and reliability standards.
- Own end-to-end process improvement and cycle time optimization for robotic cells.
- Define and drive the strategy for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Define test blueprints for Intelligent Factory (IF) Cell and Line Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) tests.
- Actively perform and oversee HITL tests to validate system performance prior to deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical background in Robotics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Foundational understanding of industrial automation with a strong desire to learn and contribute to their application in manufacturing environments.
- Programming proficiency with C++ and/or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools or performance analysis tools.
