Location: Madison, WI (Candidates located nearby preferred) Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $52–$54/hour (depending on experience) Experience Required: 8–10+ years
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with security and privacy program experience to support the development of a comprehensive privacy governance framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop privacy governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Establish privacy program processes and compliance structures
- Support privacy impact assessments and risk management initiatives
- Collaborate with legal, security, and IT teams to improve privacy governance practices
- Develop training materials and best practices to promote privacy awareness
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks (RMF, CSF, Privacy Framework)
- Experience with data privacy governance and risk management
- Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA regulations
- Experience conducting privacy impact assessments
