We are seeking content creators for an AI speaking coach app. This is an ongoing, paid opportunity.

About the Role

We are building a creator program and looking for individuals who create content around public speaking, confidence, and communication skills. This is not a one-off brand deal; we aim to build ongoing relationships with creators passionate about the topic.

Responsibilities

Create short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts, 20-90 seconds)
Maintain creative control, with provided talking points
Have Spark Ads run on your best content to boost views and followers

Requirements

Create content about speaking, confidence, self-improvement, or career growth
Be an English speaker
Content performance and authenticity are valued over follower count
Be willing to try the app and provide honest feedback

Compensation

Paid per video, plus performance bonuses based on views
Compensation structure: $15 per video + commission based on views and additional performance bonuses
Creators can potentially produce 2 videos per hour
