About the Role
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with bookkeeping and administrative experience to work during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (data entry, reconciliations, reports)
- Invoicing, payment tracking, and record maintenance
- Scheduling, email management, and general admin support
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work during CST hours
- Excellent written English skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets (filtering, formatting, status tracking)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Must be located in LATAM
Compensation
- Pay is twice monthly.
- Paid on the 15th and the last day of the month.
