About the Role

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with bookkeeping and administrative experience to work during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (data entry, reconciliations, reports)
  • Invoicing, payment tracking, and record maintenance
  • Scheduling, email management, and general admin support

Requirements

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work during CST hours
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets (filtering, formatting, status tracking)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Must be located in LATAM

Compensation

  • Pay is twice monthly.
  • Paid on the 15th and the last day of the month.
