- Staff Mobile Engineer: $175k-$225k (First-of-function role, full React Native build)
- Senior Full Stack Engineer: $150k-$200k (React/TS/Node product engineer)
- Senior Backend Engineer: $150k-$200k (Node/NestJS APIs & Postgres expert)
- Staff Software Engineer: $200k-$225k (Fullstack or Backend lean)
- Technical Lead: $200k-$230k (Player/coach people managers)
