We’re looking for exceptional YouTube Video Editors who can turn strategic, evergreen content into highly engaging, retention-optimised videos. This isn’t basic cutting. We need someone who understands pacing, audience psychology, and how to edit for authority and lead generation.

About the Role

Who you are editing for:

ContentScale is a performance-driven growth firm building done-for-you YouTube client-acquisition systems for high-ticket service providers.

What you’ll be editing:

Long-form, evergreen YouTube videos (10–30 minutes)
High-production strategy and analytical breakdown videos
Short-form clips for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok optimized for B2B audiences

Core Responsibilities

Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing, flow, and conversion in mind
Add B-roll, screen recordings, graphics, and motion elements to simplify complex B2B concepts
Use pattern interrupts, zooms, and visual changes to maximize viewer retention
Turn long videos into high-performing, punchy short-form clips
Maintain a consistent, premium visual style across all client assets

Requirements

Proven experience editing high-level YouTube content (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of viewer retention, pacing, and visual storytelling
Comfort with fast turnarounds, direct feedback loops, and a high-performance environment
Mastery of Premiere Pro and After Effects
Bonus: You understand B2B business, marketing strategy, or high-ticket sales
