We're a healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) technology company looking for our first set of full hires to help us build out our technology pipeline. RCM experience for these roles is a MUST.

We just got our funding finalized and it's time to take our POC from a pitch into a full product. All roles are fully remote and open to anywhere in the USA or South America. Rates are dependent on experience and location.

The Roles

Forward Deployment Engineer

  • Level: Senior-level (7+ years)
  • Compensation: $150K–$190K
  • Responsibilities:
    • Design and build EHR integrations across customer EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Athena, ModMed, eClinicalWorks) via API (FHIR, HL7) or RPA/computer vision-based integrations.
    • Work directly with medical billing teams to automate workflows and roll out deployments.
    • Join discovery calls, onboarding sessions, technical troubleshooting, rollout, and go-live discussions.
  • Requirements: You MUST have EHR integration experience for this role. Must be available for most standard EST hours.

Platform Engineer

  • Level: Senior-level (6+ years)
  • Compensation: $140K–$160K
  • Responsibilities:
    • Design, build, and expand our core task pipeline and data infrastructure platform.
    • Work with healthcare billing data (837, 835, 270/271), HL7, and FHIR data.
    • Manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure, leveraging Python-based Lambdas.
  • Requirements: Experience with data engineering and/or infrastructure engineering, DevOps experience, and a solid understanding of RCM processes.

Full Stack Web Developer

  • Level: Mid-level (4+ years)
  • Compensation: $110K–$130K
  • Responsibilities:
    • Focus on automation of workflows and integration with 3rd party APIs.
    • Build out reporting and dashboards for customer/internal use.
  • Requirements:
    • Hands-on experience with Playwright in production environments.
    • Direct familiarity with clearinghouses (Change Healthcare, Availity, Waystar, or similar) and insurance payer portals.
    • Proficiency in Django, Next, and Node.

IT Specialist

  • Level: Senior-level (10+ years)
  • Compensation: $90K–$110K
  • Responsibilities:
    • Practical administration of production cloud deployments.
    • Configure, monitor, and manage applications and services.
  • Requirements:
    • Deep familiarity with Teams and Microsoft-based cloud and on-prem software.
    • Hands-on AWS experience.
    • Strong troubleshooting instincts and comfort working independently.

General Information

  • Tech Stack: Python, Django, OpenCV, Node, React, Claude.
  • Education: Flexible. We prioritize proof of work and experience.
  • Work Environment: Fully remote (USA or South America).
  • Hours: Flexible for most roles (Forward Deployment Engineer requires EST availability).
