About the Role

  • Provide friendly, responsive customer support via chat and email
  • Help users with account issues, billing, and product questions
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex issues
  • Collect user feedback and share with the team
  • Maintain clear documentation for common support topics

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
  • Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented
  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS products, basic troubleshooting, remote work
