About the Role

The role involves:

• Creating 14-16 vertical videos every 2 weeks
• A 48-hour turnaround per batch (7 videos at a time)
• Maintaining a consistent style across all content
• Direct communication via Slack and WhatsApp

Requirements

• DaVinci Resolve for color grading (non-negotiable)
• Experience with S-Log3 footage (Sony A7S III)
• Ability to create clean, cinematic grades (Kodak film look, not Instagram filters)
• Motion graphics capability (counting animations, text overlays)
• Availability for ongoing, long-term work
