Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Experience department of the Digital department, you will be mainly in charge of the following missions:
Participation in the implementation of the seasonal contact plan for the European market:
- Deployment of the commercial and relational animation plan: e-mail, SMS, push notifications integration: targeting, customer journey, link with digital and retail marketing teams, pursuing a triple objective of loyalty, reactivation and acquisition
- Development of communication materials, brief and debrief of creative & translation agencies;
- Campaign configuration up to distribution on our campaign management tool (Dartagnan and Selligent): workflow, HTML integration, BAT and validation;
- Realization of benchmarks in the form of an idea book to present the latest trends and propose recommendations.
Participation in the analysis and optimization of CRM campaigns
- Monitoring, analysis of campaigns
- Production of weekly, monthly and semi-annual CRM reports
- Implementation of a/b tests and recommendations for improvements
Additional projects:
- Retail: reporting of CRM KPIs and training of field teams
- Loyalty: participation in the deployment and implementation of the loyalty program
Qualifications
Student in a Business School or a School specializing in CRM and Management of information systems or equivalent, you are looking for an end-of-studies internship and you have a real computer ease, you are recognized for your writing and analytical skills, your creative eye as well as your sense of service and customer.
Your relational qualities, your rigor and your sense of priorities will allow you to integrate smoothly into an environment in full construction.
You have a first experience in CRM and a good knowledge of Dartagnan, Selligent or equivalent would be a plus.
You are proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
