About the Role
We're iFixit General Contractor, a family-owned remodeling and home repair company in Langhorne, PA. We film a lot on the job: before-and-afters, carpentry close-ups, and quick trade tips that explain the "why" behind a technique. Our best tip video got 13K+ views, and we want more like it, consistently.
Compensation
- $25–40 per finished video, depending on length and experience.
- Paid per video, ongoing.
What We Need
- Short vertical videos (15–60 sec) cut from our raw job footage
- Strong hooks in the first 2 seconds, clean captions, simple branding (logo and colors provided)
- Ready-to-post versions for Instagram Reels, TikTok and X
- Ongoing work, starting with about 3–5 videos a week
Nice to Have
- Experience with trades/DIY content and a sense for what gets views.
