About the Role
AI usage today is basic — decks, spreadsheets, a few people vibe-coding dashboards. No real agentic workflows yet. This is a founding seat to build that: shipping high-impact agentic workflows yourself, plus reusable building blocks (APIs, MCP tools, docs) so any team can build their own.
Example first project: An agent for inbound invoice questions — reads the question, pulls the right invoice, drafts a context-aware reply — turning an hour of manual work into ~30 seconds.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- 1–2+ years shipping production AI systems.
- 10+ real agentic/LLM workflows built end-to-end.
- A genuine platform mindset (built tools/infra for others, not just yourself).
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Relevant sector background (e-commerce, 3PL, logistics, or similar B2B).
