About the Role
We are seeking talented individuals for the following roles:
- Full-Stack Software Engineer
- Sales and Marketing
Full-Stack Software Engineer
Requirements:
- Proficiency in some or all of the following:
- React
- Python
- Ruby on Rails
- Database Design
- DevOps
- Third-party API integrations
- English fluency required
Compensation:
- Tier 3: 5-10 years of experience, $150,000 - $175,000 annual total comp
- Tier 4: 11-20 years of experience, $210,000 - $250,000 annual total comp
- Higher tiers exist for exceptional applications.

Sales and Marketing
We are seeking one or two unique business-/sales-/marketing-minded individuals, preferably former tech startup founders, to work with the founder on formalizing and expanding our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Understand our unique inventory of talent.
- Help find problems worth solving for the staff.
- Pitch bespoke solution proposals.
