About the Role
We are seeking a Head of AI & Engineering to lead the technical development of our proprietary AI platform. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and shape the future of our AI-driven solutions.
What We're Building
A multi-agent AI platform that operationalizes our founder-story methodology into deployable client systems. Architecture spec exists, pieces are already in production. We're not starting from scratch — we're scaling a real build.

You'd join the CEO, a Growth Strategist, and an Operations Manager — and lead one AI Engineer (your first direct report).
