Software Engineer Positions (Onsite, Japan)

Roughly $18/hour (See Salary Details Below)
Please Note:
- The annual income figures are examples and may vary based on your skill set, Japanese language ability, and other factors.
- Specific terms and conditions can be negotiated during the interview.
- Only candidates who reside in Japan and are able to work onsite five days a week are eligible.
- Full remote work may be possible depending on the project or work situation, but is limited to those residing in Japan.
- Visa Requirement: Must already hold a valid Japanese work visa. No sponsorship is provided.
- Required Japanese Level (Minimum): Business-level (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher).
If you cannot read the following job posting without using a translator, your Japanese is not at a business level. Our work relies heavily on Japanese for meetings and documentation. Business-level Japanese is therefore a requirement.

Work Hours

Salary and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: Roughly $18/hour (based on example annual salaries below)
- Monthly Salary Examples (for mid-career hires):
- Java Engineer (45 years old): ★ Annual income increase of ¥1,800,000 (¥4,500,000 ⇒ ¥6,300,000)
- C#/.NET Engineer (33 years old): ★ Annual income increase of ¥1,600,000 (¥4,200,000 ⇒ ¥5,800,000)
- React Engineer (28 years old): ★ Annual income increase of ¥1,500,000 (¥3,500,000 ⇒ ¥5,000,000)
- Additional Allowances/Incentives:
- Transportation allowance (up to ¥50,000 per month)
- Family allowance, qualification allowance (based on company regulations)
- Position allowance
- Beauty allowance (¥3,000 per month)
- Work-from-home allowance, book purchase allowance
- Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
- Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
- Estimated Annual Salary Upon Entry: ¥3,600,000 - ¥9,000,000

- IT industry experience is preferred.
