About the Roles
I am looking for experienced professionals for three different contract-based roles.
1. Performance Marketer
Looking for someone who understands performance marketing and knows how to improve results. You should be proficient in:
- Planning and running campaigns
- Tracking leads, sales, and conversions
- Reading campaign data and identifying underperforming areas
- Improving CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Testing ads, offers, and landing pages
2. Meta Ads Media Buyer
Looking for someone with strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads. You should be proficient in:
- Running Facebook and Instagram ads
- Setting up campaigns properly
- Testing creatives and audiences
- Improving CPL and CPA
- Scaling successful ads
- Troubleshooting and fixing campaigns when results drop
3. Google Ads Expert
Looking for someone with strong hands-on experience with Google Ads. You should be proficient in:
- Google Search Ads
- Performance Max
- Display and YouTube Ads
- Keyword research and negative keywords
- Conversion tracking
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Improving CPA and ROAS
