I'm building a small web design and digital services studio and looking for someone who can take leads from first contact all the way through to a signed deal. I don’t want to split the role between a setter and a closer, just one person who knows how to open conversations, qualify prospects, and close.
You’ll be selling websites, hosting/care plans, SEO, and other small business digital services. You don’t need to be a web developer, but you do need to sound confident talking about websites and general digital needs. If you’ve sold for web agencies or marketing agencies before, that’s a big plus.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the entire sales pipeline, from initial outreach to closing deals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Speak clear, fluent English (ideally with a US accent or very close to it)
- Have real experience selling to US small businesses
- Be able to run the entire pipeline: outreach → discovery → follow-ups → closing
- Be comfortable working commission-only but wants meaningful, recurring commissions
- Communicate clearly and act professionally with small business owners
What You'll Be Selling
- Website Builds (three tiers):
- Essentials: $899 upfront or $75/mo for 12 months or $150/mo for 6 months
- Business: $1,299 upfront or $108.25/mo for 12 months or $216.50/mo for 6 months
- Growth: $1,899+ upfront or $158.25/mo for 12 months or $316.50/mo for 6 months
- Monthly "Care Plans" (after build is paid off):
- Essentials: $60/mo
- Business: $90/mo
- Growth: $150/mo
- Add-on Services:
- SEO (starts at $500/mo)
- Local listings ($50/mo+)
- Hosting for existing sites ($50/mo+)
- Domain management ($10/yr+)
- E-commerce setup ($1,500+)
- Hourly updates/support ($100/hr)
Compensation
You’re paid a percentage of whatever the client pays at the time they pay it.

Website Builds
- 15% of any upfront build payment
- 12% of each month on 6-month plans
- 10% of each month on 12-month plans
Examples:
- $1,899 upfront → $284.85 to you
- $316.50/mo (6 months) build → $37.98/mo to you for each paid month
- $158.25/mo (12 months) build → $15.82/mo to you for each paid month
- Higher tiers = higher payouts.

Care Plans
- 10% of the care plan for the first 6 months (e.g., $60/mo care plan → $6/mo for 6 months)

Add-On Services
- 10% commission on any add-on or recurring services sold for the first 6 months
Strong closers earning consistently can reasonably reach $1,500–$3,000/month once recurring commissions stack.
