About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI design intern to join our team full-time in Bengaluru. You will be working on a live HRMS platform, gaining experience with real products, real users, and real deadlines.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end design: Manage the full process from UX research and wireframes to UI, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Brand & Marketing: Create brand and marketing design assets for our products.
- Strategic Involvement: Participate in occasional events and founder-level work; you will be in the room, not just making screens.
Requirements
- Figma Proficiency: Strong skills are required. You must be comfortable with components and auto-layout.
- AI Curiosity: Genuinely curious about AI tools; you don't need to know them all, but you must be excited to learn.
- Creative Personality: You should have an opinion and a portfolio that demonstrates personality.
- Availability: Must be based in Bengaluru and available to work full-time.
