About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive to join our team. This is a REMOTE position.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through onboarding
- Navigate complex sales processes and influence multiple decision-makers
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend 2-3 industry events per year
Qualifications
- 7+ years selling professional staffing (IT, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
- Successful track record of new client acquisition
- Experience with RPO/MSP/VMS is a plus
- Strong network within the Talent Acquisition and Procurement ecosystem
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Tech-savvy (Zoom, CRM tools, MS Office)
- Must reside in the U.S.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $99,000
- Plus: Strong commission plan + benefits
