[Hiring] Thought Leadership & Content Strategy Setup for IT Agency CEO (3-Month Milestone Project)
About Us:
We are an established IT agency led by a CEO who is a 20-year veteran in the tech industry. We specialize in enterprise solutions. We are looking to build our CEO’s personal brand from the ground up to establish him as a thought leader and influencer in a highly niche, low-volume enterprise space (specifically Cloud, AI, and ML).
The Goal:
We are not looking for an hourly contractor to post generic updates. We want to hire an experienced agency or strategist to build our foundational strategy, set up our "content farm" engine, and create the SOPs required to accelerate our path to monetization from 12 months down to 6 months.
Project Scope & Structure:
This is a 3-month engagement paid strictly on a fixed-fee, milestone basis (No hourly rates). We want to pay for completed deliverables, not time spent.
Examples of milestones will include:
- Milestone 1: Strategy roadmap and foundational setup (Profile optimizations, content pillars).
- Milestone 2: Production and publishing of the first 10 core YouTube videos.
- Milestone 3: A fully executed 15-day "content farm" cycle (repurposing long-form into shorts, LinkedIn posts, etc.).
- Milestone 4: Final SOP delivery and internal team handover.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You must have a track record of building thought leaders in high-niche, or enterprise spaces.
- Expert Execution: We are looking for specialists who can bring their own proven blueprints and roadmaps to the table to build this foundation.
