General Manager / Operator – HOA Services Business (Metro Atlanta, On-Site)

We are hiring one operator to run and grow our HOA services business in Metro Atlanta.
This is not a remote role — it’s a hands-on, in-market leadership position.
About the Role
- Own day-to-day operations and growth
- Personally sell services to HOA boards and decision-makers
- Act as the face of the business (board meetings, lunches, local events)
- Operate with autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Full responsibility for results
Requirements
- Has personally sold services (not SaaS or theory-only sales)
- Has run a P&L, small business, branch, or region
- Comfortable representing the company publicly
- Executes without hand-holding
90-Day Goal
- Sign 5 HOA communities within the first 90 days

Compensation
Base: $50–60k + meaningful performance-based incentives (growth-driven upside)
