About the Role

We are scaling our creator engine for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the backyard chicken and homesteading space. We rely heavily on creative content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to drive our growth.

We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager who genuinely loves internet culture, spends time studying organic feeds, and understands what makes content perform.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creator Management: Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching creators. You will lead calls to help them understand winning content formats, negotiate rates, and build long-term relationships.
Creative Strategy: Writing sharp briefs, improving hooks and storytelling, and turning brand concepts into scroll-stopping, native content that converts.
Systems & Operations: Managing creator pipelines, tracking performance, and keeping workflows tight across dozens (or hundreds) of creators using modern tools.

Who You Are

You have experience in creator management, UGC agencies, influencer marketing, or affiliate strategy.
You understand performance marketing principles (hooks, retention, scroll-stoppers), even if you aren't a media buyer yourself.
You know how to build repeatable systems and follow up relentlessly.

Bonus Points

Direct experience working with US creators.
Experience with tools like Cruva or Euka, or managing creator communities (Discord/WhatsApp).
Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate structures.

Compensation & Setup

Type: Full-time, fully remote.
Salary: We are running a global search and matching localized market rates. Ranges span $35k–$55k USD (LATAM) up to $75k–$125k+ USD (US/CA) depending on location, senior execution capabilities, and experience.
Bonuses: Performance incentives tied directly to creator output and revenue growth.
