About the Role
We're LitLabs, a fast-growing agency helping businesses scale with automation, GTM strategies, and performance marketing. We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can manage and scale campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads (plus LinkedIn Ads if you’ve used them)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data & optimize for ROI
- Create reports with actionable insights
- Work with our strategy + creative team to test new ideas
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Google Ads Expert preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience running and optimizing paid ads
- Practical expertise with Meta (FB/IG) Ads and Reddit Ads
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads is a big plus
- Strong analytical mindset & comfort with performance metrics
- Creative approach to ad copy & audience segmentation
- Hunger to experiment, learn, and build impactful campaigns
- Note: Indian candidates preferred.
