We are looking for a Sales Executive Enterprise for the North-West area who is enthusiastic about working in a solid and expanding company that knows how to give its best in a professional, constantly evolving environment.

About the Role
The profile we are looking for has experience in software companies operating in the Enterprise SaaS market for 50–80% of their career.
The experience gained must be located in one or more of the following segments, preferably in the healthcare sector:
- CRM
- ERP
- Accounting and administrative management
- Business Intelligence
- Hospital information systems
- Other complex business software (e.g., back-office, industrial or specific management solutions)
The ideal profile is able to interface with the decision-making leaders and the main managerial roles of the target organizations, in particular:
- General Manager
- Administrative Director
- IT Director
- Marketing Director
Essential skills include the ability to:
- Identify, contact, and meet potential clients;
- Understand their needs and propose TuoTempo solutions;
- Manage the commercial negotiation until the contract is closed.
Similarly, the ability to build and maintain solid and lasting relationships with all strategic managerial levels within client organizations is fundamental.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in computer science, engineering, or alternatively in economics or related fields);
- At least 5 years of sales experience;
- Experience in selling technical solutions in complex organizational structures with different decision-makers;
- Strong results-oriented and negotiation skills;
- Strong aptitude for establishing a relationship with high-level decision-makers in an organization;
- Previous experience in managing complex projects and knowledge in the technical field
Nice to Have:
- Experience or knowledge of the Healthcare / Digital Health sector
- Active network at clinics, health groups, or private hospitals
- Experience in international or multinational SaaS contexts
