About the Role
Attentive is hiring two engineers for the List Growth team: one Senior and one Staff. The team builds the signup experiences that collect email addresses and phone numbers for brands using Attentive. This is a high-scale, top-of-funnel product used across billions of site visits.
Technical Stack
The roles are full-stack but backend-leaning.
- Backend: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Scope: Distributed systems, APIs, experimentation infrastructure, and customer-facing product development.
Compensation
- Senior Engineer: $170k – $230k + equity and benefits
- Staff Engineer: $205k – $275k + equity and benefits
