About the Role:
The Open Source AI Fellowship 2025 is now accepting applications. This program is funded by a $1 million grant from Meta to The Alan Turing Institute. The fellowship will bring exceptional AI engineers into UK government for 12 months. Fellows will be seconded within the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and work alongside the Incubator for Artificial Intelligence. The goal is to develop high-impact AI use-cases that leverage open-source AI models to transform public services.
