About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Master Data Consultant to support a leading global consumer products company known for its innovation, sustainability, and presence in more than 175 countries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably within a consumer products company.
Strong understanding of master data and transactional data processes, including architecture, hierarchies, relationships, and interdependencies.
Experience with SAP MDG CRUD process/workflow functional design and testing.
Experience designing and testing Data Quality functional rules.
Experience with Fiori UI functional design.
Exposure to data governance tools (candidates with only technical experience are not suitable).
Proven operational experience delivering master data standardization, cleansing, and harmonization.
Ability to travel by ground and air up to 25% (primarily international travel).

Performance Objectives

Prepare, cleanse, standardize, and harmonize master data for migration/conversion across systems.
Perform SAP S/4 master data value mapping and ensure data quality through validation and testing.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams on data governance, testing, and issue resolution.
Support Master Data Governance (SAP MDG & Profisee) processes, including CRUD operations, testing, and post-go-live Hypercare.
Manage project tasks and maintain key documentation (Data Definitions, Field Mapping, Functional Design).
Drive change management, training, and alignment of local requirements with global data standards.

Compensation & Logistics

Pay Rate: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (25% International Travel)
Location: United States
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
