About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend DevOps to join our Delivery Engineering Squad, responsible for accelerating and optimizing the continuous delivery of applications and services. This position is strategic to ensure robust, scalable, and secure pipelines, in addition to contributing to the evolution of our engineering platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend solutions focused on DevOps process automation.
- Create and evolve CI/CD pipelines with a focus on high availability and security.
- Implement integrations between internal systems and continuous delivery tools.
- Ensure Observability and monitoring of solutions (logs, metrics, alerts).
- Collaborate with development squads to improve deploy and release practices.
- Participate in the definition of architecture and technical standards for the Delivery platform.
Qualifications
Technical Requirements:
- Solid experience in backend languages (preferably Java, Go, or Python).
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD (Gitlab, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong command of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Experience with monitoring and Observability (Datadog, Grafana, ELK).
- Good security practices in pipelines and credential management.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of feature flags, progressive delivery and deployment strategies (canary, blue/green etc).
- Familiarity with SRE and reliability practices.
Desired Profile:
- Proactivity and ability to work in agile environments.
- Good communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement.
