About the Role
Mainmatter, the company behind EuroRust, is looking for an exceptional Rust engineering consultant to join our team (led by Luca Palmieri, author of Zero to Production in Rust).
You will be supporting international clients like Google, BMW, and Redis in adopting Rust by:
- Reviewing their codebase.
- Recommending and implementing improvements.
- Training their teams on advanced Rust concepts.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in the EU.
- Rust Expertise: Excellent Rust skills, ideally with several years of experience using Rust in a production environment.
- Engineering Experience: Excellent engineering skills, ideally with 10+ years of professional experience.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience speaking at conferences, running workshops, writing articles, etc.
