About the Role
I am building CaseLight, a local-first investigative case management and evidence platform designed for private sector, corporate, and insurance investigators. As a 24-year former federal law enforcement officer and current private investigator, I have the full product spec, workflows, and roadmap ready. I am seeking a strong engineer to help build the desktop MVP. The front-end UI is already operational.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: C#/.NET desktop development, SQLite, local encryption, and experience with packaging/installers.
- UI/UX: Ability to build a clean, productivity-focused UI.
- Location: Must be US-based.
- Autonomy: Must be able to ship independently.
