About the Role

We are seeking a Dispenser Lab Technician (Mechanical) for an onsite, 6-month contract role in Roswell, GA (with potential extension up to 12 months based on performance). This role supports a global leader in health, hygiene, and personal care, trusted by millions worldwide. This is a hands-on role supporting dispenser testing, complaint resolution, and general lab operations in a fast-paced environment. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Requirements

A good fit if you have the following:

  • 2–3 years of relevant lab or technical experience
  • Basic mechanical or DIY skills and familiarity with common tools
  • Basic electrical understanding, including batteries and simple circuits
  • Ability to log and analyze data, track improvements, and operate testing rigs using computers
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing / Performance Objectives:

  • Conduct standard and non-standard testing of prototype and commercial dispensers
  • Build and mount structures to support dispenser testing and assist in developing testing methods
  • Analyze returned dispensers, identify root causes of issues, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Support field teams by providing technical guidance and documentation
  • Contribute to video guides that help customers troubleshoot common issues
  • Maintain lab safety and cleanliness, keep equipment organized, and ensure the lab is always tour-ready
  • Support product shipments to external labs and customers

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $24.00–$29.00/hour
