About the Role

We are seeking experienced recruiters to help us source and headhunt technical and leadership talent. We are consistently hiring for 5-12 positions at any given time. This is a long-term position with the potential for years of work.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

Sourcing candidates
Checking past experience and ensuring candidates have relevant skills
Conducting short calls with candidates to ask further questions
Organizing paid competency tests before candidates begin a probation period

Your primary goal is to provide us with qualified candidates who are the right fit for the role. You are free to adapt our existing hiring procedure.

Requirements

Ability to handle the full recruitment process from start to finish
Experience sourcing and headhunting candidates
Ability to verify candidates' skills and experience

Compensation

$1000 per successful recruit
