We are seeking a Community Manager I to support consumer engagement across owned social media channels and help maintain a strong, consistent brand presence.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in community management, social media engagement, communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Sprinklr is required.
- Strong copywriting and editing experience for social content, consumer engagement, and risk management.
- Experience directly engaging with consumers across owned social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and brand voice.
Performance Objectives / What You'll Be Doing
- Engage directly with consumers across owned social media channels.
- Monitor social media to identify consumer opportunities, trends, and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain social media responses, FAQs, and consumer-facing content.
- Support social media initiatives and ongoing brand activations.
- Document and promote social copywriting and engagement best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support an effective consumer experience.
Job Details
- Location: Remote – US (Must be authorized to work in the USA)
- Duration: 8-month contract
- Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
- Pay Rate: $10.00 - $15.00/hour
