About the Role
GovStar is hiring a Senior Full Stack Python Developer to build secure, production-grade AI applications supporting U.S. national security initiatives. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who wants to stay close to the code, spending the majority of their time developing software.
Technical Stack
We are looking for strong experience with the following technologies:
- Languages/Frameworks: Python, React, TypeScript, CSS
- Data/APIs: REST APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases
- AI/Cloud: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Azure, AWS
- Infrastructure/Tools: Azure OpenAI, CosmosDB, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be a U.S. resident
- Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
- Ability to obtain government clearance
- BA/BS degree + 15 years of relevant experience (professional experience may substitute for education)
