We are seeking a part-time Business Development Executive to join our compliance consultancy and help us grow.
About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential clients and companies to connect with.
- Setting up meetings and ensuring productive conversations.
- Conducting background research before outreach to ensure relevant and well-timed communication.
- Tracking relevant events, hackathons, competitions, seminars, and networking opportunities in the startup and tech space.
- Providing regular updates on progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Is naturally social and confident in conversation.
- Can steer conversations toward a decision.
- Has a sense for pitching and persuasion.
- Knowledge of compliance, tech, or professional services is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
- Base Pay: 5,000 INR per month
- Incentive: 10% on closed deals (no cap)
