Job Title: Cold Caller for UK Small Businesses

About the Role

I am a freelance web developer based in the UK. I sell simple £500 websites to small local businesses (trades, garages, roofers, etc.) that currently lack a mobile-friendly site or an online presence entirely.

I am looking for experienced cold callers to build interest and manage leads. Your role is to open the conversation, identify the decision-maker, and keep the lead warm until they are ready to purchase. I will handle the final closing.

What is Provided

Everything is provided at no cost to you:

Browser Dialer: Nothing to install; works from any laptop with a headset. Includes UK caller IDs and covers all call costs.
Screened Lead Lists: Leads are verified as live, recently active businesses, checked against the UK do-not-call register (TPS), and include the business's Google profile on the call card.
Resources: Scripts, follow-up reminders, social media message prompts, and access to your call recordings for performance improvement.

The Offer

You are selling a straightforward service: "You don't have a website, or yours doesn't work on phones. £500, done in days."

Your job is to manage the conversation and follow-up process: calling back at agreed times, sending details, messaging their business pages, and scheduling calls with me when the client is ready.

Compensation

Commission: £250 for every sale generated from your leads.
Payment Structure: £125 paid when the client pays the deposit; £125 paid when the site goes live.
Lead Tracking: Your name stays on the lead; if they buy weeks later after your follow-ups, the commission remains yours.
Terms: Commission-only (no base salary or hourly pay). Paid via Wise, PayPal, or Revolut.

Requirements

Language: Fluent English (must sound local to UK businesses).
Experience: Proven cold-calling experience (B2B preferred).
Availability: Available during UK business hours (roughly 08:30 to 17:00 UK time). No minimum hours required.
Environment: A quiet space and decent internet connection.
