Compensation
- Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 USD

About the Role
One of our customers has thousands of packaging assets spread across dozens of markets, languages, regulations, and brand standards. Every change needs to be reviewed before launch, and humans currently do most of that work. We are automating it. The challenge isn't generating text; the challenge is building systems that can be wrong almost never.
We are a small team with real customers, revenue, and lots of difficult edge cases.
Who We Are Looking For
- Forward Deployed Engineers: You enjoy sitting with customers, figuring out what is actually broken, and building solutions faster than a roadmap ever could.
- Applied AI Engineers: You obsess over retrieval, evaluation, orchestration, reliability, and all the ways AI systems fail in production.
