About the Role

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to provide routine IT support. This is a fully remote, part-time position intended to become a long-term working arrangement.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot common software, browser, email, and connectivity issues.
Gather error messages and document troubleshooting steps.
Maintain brief support notes and follow up on unresolved issues.
Escalate problems that require more advanced technical assistance.

Requirements

Work laptop: Must be equipped with a working webcam and reliable internet.
Technical skills: Comfortable troubleshooting everyday computer issues and explaining problems clearly.
Soft skills: Dependable, organized, and able to follow written instructions.

Location

Primarily seeking candidates currently residing in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, or the Netherlands. Residents of Mexico and other European Union countries will also be considered.

Hours

Up to 3 hours per week.
Capped at 13 total working hours per calendar month.
The schedule will be agreed upon before work begins.

Compensation

Starting pay: $200 USD per month.
Growth: Compensation varies depending on the country of residence and may increase over time, up to $3,000 USD per month.
Note: Future increases are subject to agreement. The applicable monthly payment will be confirmed before work starts.
