About the Role
We are a digital creator management agency seeking a full-time remote Chatter to manage fan communications on behalf of one of our established feederism content creators.
This role is specifically within the feederism niche. Applicants must be comfortable, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental working within this space. The successful candidate will represent the creator in direct fan conversations across subscription platforms, with the goal of building subscriber loyalty and driving revenue through PPV content and custom requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound fan messages across OnlyFans and Fansly platforms.
- Writing responses that authentically match the creator's voice, persona, and feederism content style.
- Building genuine long-term relationships with subscribers within the feederism community.
- Identifying and executing upsell opportunities naturally within conversations.
- Maintaining detailed notes on individual fan preferences and conversation history.
- Adhering to brand guidelines, tone of voice documents, and NDA requirements.
Requirements
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability to write warmly and convincingly within the feederism niche — prior knowledge or genuine willingness to learn is essential.
- Professional, non-judgmental attitude toward adult content and niche communities.
- Previous experience in fan chatting, customer engagement, or copywriting preferred.
- Must be available for consistent, dedicated 8-hour shifts — reliability is essential.
- Must be 18+ and comfortable signing a confidentiality agreement.
Compensation
- Base Rate: $15/hour.
- Commission: Competitive base rate plus performance-based commission on sales generated through fan interactions. Full details provided at the interview stage.
