About the Role

We are looking for a Phone Collection Specialist to join our team. If you reside in Puglia and are looking for an opportunity that balances work and personal life, this is for you. We are seeking individuals with talent in communication, negotiation, and goal achievement to join our structured, dynamic, and meritocratic environment.

Selected candidates will manage a credit portfolio through outbound telephone activities, working remotely toward clear, shared objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professional and effective telephone contact with clients/debtors.
  • Reviewing files and analyzing the causes of non-payment.
  • Negotiating sustainable repayment solutions.
  • Monitoring files until closure.
  • Constant updating of records within the company management system.

Requirements

  • Diploma and/or degree.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools.
  • Aptitude for teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Availability to work in Full Remote mode.
