[Hiring] Mid/Senior Ad Campaign Manager (User Acquisition) - Remote (Brazil Market Focus)

We are looking for a Mid to Senior Ad Campaign / UA Manager to drive our growth in the Brazilian market.

We strongly prefer candidates from Brazil (or those with deep, native-level understanding of the Brazilian market), but we are open to outstanding candidates of any nationality. This is a 100% Remote position.

What You Will Do

Lead Localized UA: Fully manage and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Kwai, and Google Ads for the Brazilian market. You will own the user growth scale and conversion ROI.
Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze key metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention). Use data feedback to make high-frequency adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
Localized Creative Iteration: Leverage your knowledge of Brazilian culture, trends, and user preferences to write high-converting ad creative scripts. Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure assets are perfectly localized.
Cross-Timezone Collaboration: Maintain highly efficient daily communication (in English) with the HQ’s product, operations, and design teams to align UA strategies with overall business goals.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3 - 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Digital Marketing focusing on the Brazilian local market. (Experience with Mobile Games or App campaigns is a huge plus!)
Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of the underlying logic, bidding mechanisms, and hands-on operations for Meta, TikTok, Kwai, and Google Ads.
Analytical Skills: Proficient with third-party attribution tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust. Excellent at data mining and problem-solving.
Work Style: Target-oriented, strong execution skills, and comfortable working asynchronously across different time zones.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $2,200 - $3,200 USD/month (Negotiable)
Flexibility: 100% Remote work
