About the Role:
We're Jan & Aaron from WebUp, a small agency creating websites for local businesses (shops, cafés, mechanics, etc.). We are looking for a remote, commission-based Lead Generation Specialist to connect us with potential clients. This is not a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Find small businesses with poor or non-existent websites (using Google Maps, Yelp, etc.)
- Contact business owners via email or phone.
- If interested, book a free introductory call with us.
- Send qualified leads to us.
Compensation:
- €10–20 per qualified lead
- 15% commission if a lead becomes a client (average project value: ~€1500)
- Example: 10 leads × €15 = €150 + 2 clients × €225 = €450 → €600/month; with more deals, €1–2.5k+ is possible.
- No fixed salary. You are only paid for results.
Requirements:
- Comfortable communicating with business owners.
- Ability to assess websites.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Experience with cold outreach.
