Technical Stack

We are all-in on Laravel (non-negotiable for engineering). Our stack is PALM-B: PHP, Angular, Laravel, MySQL, and Beanstalk.

1. Senior Product Engineer (Laravel) — Core & Growth

  • Location: REMOTE (EU or US East Coast timezones)
  • Compensation:
    • Salary: $134,450–$167,258 total budget (COL-adjusted)
    • RSUs: Up to $76,026.50 $HOST RSUs
    • PSUs: Up to $380,895/yr (Performance Share Units; payout only when business targets are hit)
  • Role Summary: Ship 0→1 features on the Laravel monolith (properties, calendar, messaging, ops, growth) used by 25k+ hosts.
  • Requirements: 5+ years of backend experience, deep Laravel/PHP/MySQL expertise, and hands-on experience with agentic coding tools in a real production codebase.
